Every operation we conduct is summarised in a detailed observation report which will include a multitude of quality media, ranging from still shots to covert high definition footage which is presented both professionally and accurately. We use a proven reporting structure that ensures that evidential reports are delivered electronically direct to the client within 48 hours of the task being completed, we will post out a hard copy should it be required. Furthermore, all footage captured by our highly trained agents will be supplied to the client with time and date should the evidence need to be used in a court of law. When you contact us, your operation manager will listen to your circumstances and recommend possible courses of action depending on your requirements. This process will be tailored to you and the subject of the operation.

Start of the Investigation

We will take your payment prior to the investigation starting. We will keep you updated on developments throughout the investigation. We will be only a phone call or email away throughout the operation to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If your case involves our GPS vehicle tracking system, you will also be sent daily updates of the subjects whereabouts. The update will be in the form of a full PDF report detailing every location the subject has visited that specific day.

On conclusion of the investigation

When the operation is concluded, we present you with the findings and evidence in a professional report that you can access electronically. A hard copy can be posted if you prefer. All reports typically contain timed and dated photographs along with written observations.
